BROKER COMPENSATION Do you have or have knowledge of available parcels of land? Generous Broker Compensation ~ Broad Requirements The Nile Hawk Company needs land for future developments. We love to work with Brokers/Agents! When considering presenting a potential property to us please qualify it with our first four requirements listed below. If you have land that meets our requirements, please send us an email by clicking here. All parcels must be a MINIMUM of 10 acres!
1. Land is located within the sphere of influence. 2.If any property is outside of the city limits we need it to be contiguous with the city, or to be positioned such that we have the ability to easily make a connection to the city limit boundary and then annex. 3.Close proximity to Utilities (sewer, power, gas & water). 4.General Plan zoning designation needs to be residential zoning (current zone does not necessarily need to be residential). One great thing about representing us in a purchase of land is we donÕt need to be in the middle of a major city. We have been very successful in determining Òthe next hot spot,Ó provided it meets our above criteria. We find in the smaller outlying communities there is more land available, better prices, and the entitlement process is often quicker.
